Washi Cutter – RIPPED

A cute washi cutter that cuts your washi to look like it has been ripped. This cutter is fun and easy to use, you just place down the washi where you want it, put the cutter on top and pull the washi tape against the cutter’s edge to rip it off. It has four different sides of ripped edges that will create the perfect ripped look every time, perfect to use in planners, bullet journals, scrapbooking or other creative projects!
