Washi Cutter – CLASSIC

A cute washi cutter that cuts your washi in zigzag and scallop in two different sizes! This cutter is fun and easy to use, you just place down the washi where you want it, put the cutter on top and pull the washi tape against the cutter’s edge to rip it off. Perfect to use in planners, bullet journals, scrapbooking or other creative projects!
