We do everything to make it easy and convenient for you to shop with us. We have no minimum order amount, we accept all orders, large or small.
PRICES
Our prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Shipping fee will be shown in the checkout when your address has been added to the order and our webshop been able to calculate the shipping fee.
We reserve the right for price and printing errors.
PAYMENT
You can always feel safe when shopping at willwa.com. We use the safe payment method that Paypal offers to business. With Paypal the customer's credit card information will only be read by the payment and banking system.
SHIPPING
All products are sent well packaged with normal post. Delivery time in Sweden is about 2-5 working days and outside of Sweden is about 5-10 working days, provided that the product is in stock. During high season, shipping time may vary. Small shipments are delivered directly to the address of your choice, while larger items may be picked up at the nearest post office.
Shipping costs outside of Sweden are based on weight and the calculated cost of your purchase you will see in the checkout. Any additional costs incurred in connection with the customs and / or special tax rules are paid by the customer.
DAMAGED GOODS / COMPLAINTS
If there have occurred any damage to your product from the shipment, contact us as soon as possible so we can replace the damaged product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong amount, please contact us within 14 days by e-mail so we can correct the error. All goods are checked before being sent out, if the product despite it would be damaged or otherwise defective, we will reimburse you for any expenses incurred to return the product to us.
